Aleesha Young is establishing herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. While her dad was an athlete the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in games like playing ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before like softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. She was also a participant at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. Her finish was fourth. However, the "World's strong mom" had to stop her training because of her health.
